There have been times in my life when I have been stuck – mentally, emotionally, and physically. Fortunately, I have learned that there are professionals that I can seek out to help me and there are things that I can do for myself.
Did you know that art is magical? Art is something that is abstract and goes beyond words.It allows us to unlock our imaginations and creativity. Art uses our brains in a totally different way which allows us to create new perspectives, thoughts, and feelings.
An Art Therapist is a trained clinical specialist that uses art in combination with mental health therapy sessions. Watch the first video below and you will see how it can be pretty powerful stuff.
