Preparing for the Holidays

I went to the supermarket on Sunday afternoon. It was quite a shock. After two years of limiting my face-to-face interactions with most people, I found myself standing in the middle of Walmart surrounded by shoppers. I guess I should have paid more attention to the signs – the parking lot was packed, I almost got run over two times, and there were no available shopping carts.

Isn’t it amazing? So much has changed in 365 days. Last year we were in lock-down and told to isolate and stay in our ‘pods.’ But, now the vaccines have given us some form of normalcy.

I hope that everyone gets to reconnect and be with their families during the next few weeks! COVID is still around, so please make good decisions and stay safe and healthy!

    Warm regards,
    Kristin
