Sleep is essential.
But, when we don’t get enough of it, then a bone deep fatigue or tiredness sets in; the kind that cuts to the core of your soul. Lack of sleep interferes with thinking clearly, having physical energy, maintaining your health (and immune system), and being able to show up and be the parent that you want to be.
Sleep is so important. I tried to consolidate what I found and learned when researching it for this newsletter. I hope that you laugh a little and learn how you can improve your own and your family’s sleep habits.
